Feel like you don't fit in anywhere?
Gay men struggle with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and burn out just like everybody else. But like so many others in your position, nothing you try is making your life any better. Worse yet, you can't figure out why things are such a struggle even though you're smart, resourceful, and highly successful in all other parts of your life.

You deserve help before things really get bad!

I offer therapy to help gay men find real relief from the mental-health problems everyone faces. I do so, however, understanding the additional challenges gay men face that have them searching for a "gay therapist near me."

I'm a gay man and have been where you are.

Gay men want therapy that addresses issues specific to you, such as coming out, internalized homophobia, family rejection, sex & relationship conflict, substance use (alcohol, party drugs), as well as porn addiction and sex addiction.

I get you! From the AIDS crisis in the 1980s to the current attacks on the LGBTQ+ community, I have the lived experience that allows me to fully understand.
I also have experience providing therapy for men in the LGBTQ community. For over two years I facilitated the Gay Men’s Group at the prestigious Maple Counseling in Beverly Hills. From 2023 to 2024 I facilitated group therapy at La Fuente Hollywood Treatment Center’s Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs (PHP/IOP) for LGBTQ+ individuals recovering from substance use disorders and other addictions. I currently offer a gay men's therapy group in my private practice.

In my private practice I provide individual therapy for gay men, as well as therapy for gay couples, and other people in need of an LGBTQ therapist near them. I offer in person therapy for gay men in my West Hollywood office, online therapy sessions anywhere in California, and also group therapy for gay men.
